Returns & Exchanges

At Dearborn Denim & Apparel, we want you to love your American-made denim. If your fit isn't perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for all unwashed and unworn items.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our Chicago warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
